STOP thinking you can do this by yourself.
If you could have, you would have done it already. We all need some divine help to make it. Someone who LOVES you despite what you've done, where you may be in life right now or what lies the world wants you to think about yourself. That void in your life isn't more stuff, drugs, sex, money, or anything else it's GOD.
Come on home. God's been waiting for you.

Pray this simple prayer.
Father, I've done some wrongs in my life, and recognize that I'm broken and need to be renewed. Father, HELP ME to see myself how you see me as one of your own. Loved, accepted, and valued. So I come before you broken asking for forgiveness for the wrongs I've done. That you change me from the inside out. I come of my own will admitting that there is a void in my life and that void is my connection with you God. I stand now at the crossroad, making the first step toward redemption. Father, renew in me a clean heart that I might be reconnected with you and grow in your grace daily. Amen.
